When you applied for OSAP, you provided personal and financial information. You are required to update your OSAP information by promptly notifying the Student Financial Assistance Office should any of the following occur:
- you add or drop courses
- you change your program of study
- you withdraw from your program of study
- you stop attending classes
- your or your parent(s)’ or your spouse’s circumstances change while you are in school.
These changes may reduce or increase the amount of assistance you have received or are entitled to receive.
Forms will soon be available for printing.
| Address Change | If you wish to update your address information with OSAP, you may do so by logging into your online account. | Change your address on the OSAP website |

When you add or drop courses, your OSAP will be reassessed and your funding may increase or decrease by an amount equal to the value of the tuition fees and book costs associated with those courses. If you drop below 60% (below 40% for students with permanent disabilities), you will become ineligible for OSAP and your entitlement will be prorated based on the period of time you were a full time student. |
