Exchange

Many Ryerson University programs offer you the opportunity to learn abroad through a formal Exchange or Study Abroad program.  Visit the Ryerson International website to learn more about these two exciting options. We also recommend you attend your program orientation and connect with your program or exchange advisor to learn more.

Exchange Program

Prior to your Exchange, you will meet with your Ryerson program or exchange coordinator to determine suitable courses at the host university.

To transfer your courses to Ryerson upon return, obtain an official transcript and meet with your Ryerson advisor to complete the required paperwork.

Once the paperwork has been processed you will be able to view your Exchange Transfer Credits on your Transfer Credit Report on the RAMSS tab of my.ryerson.ca.

Study Abroad Program

Prior to your Study Abroad, you will obtain a Letter of Permission (LOP) for each course.

Upon completing the course(s), obtain an official transcript and follow up as per the instructions provided on your Letter of Permission(s).

Once your Letter of Permission (LOP) Credits have been processed, you can view them on your Transfer Credit Report on the RAMSS tab of my.ryerson.ca.
