Images

DMP in-house facilities include a wide range of image capture options, including a variety of scanners and multi-format memory card readers. Staff are available to provide instruction and assistance.

There is a photo image bank where you can download Ryerson images and use them for your Word or Powerpoint presentations.  The website is http://ryerson.ca/branding/photography/imagebank/index.html

Scanning Images

If you have a hardcopy of an image and would like to create a digital format of the image, please review the guidelines below.  Also make sure to review our copyright guidelines before commencing capture of copyright restricted materials.

    Available on Frankfurt.

  • ScanMaker 5950 Pro
    **50-page automatic document feeder (ADF)
    8.5" x 11.7" (8.5" x 14" with ADF ) scan area, 2400dpi
    Available on Fresno.

  • Microtek ScanMaker 1000XL Pro (3200-dpi)
    **Large-format 12" x 17" scan area
    Available on Fiji-scan.
