** Blackboard Drop-In Clinic
What? Blackboard Drop-in Clinic, for Ryerson Faculty and Staff
This is a one-on-one session. Please be sure to have a Blackboard Course shell set up in advance, if you wish to work on your course.Where? Computing and Communications Services, LIB-B99 (in the basement of the Library Building - see below for location details)
When? Weekly on Wednesdays 2-3pm throughout the year.
Added Dates for Winter 2013 Grading:
Daily, Monday April 29 - Friday May 3, from 2-3pm
Blackboard House Calls
Looking for a DMP team member to join you in a one-on-one session working on your Blackboard course in your office? Please fill out the Blackboard House Call registration form, and a member of the DMP Blackboard support team will contact you to arrange for the visit to your office.
Group Training
The DMP will provide a customized Blackboard training tailored for you and your colleagues and/or your TAs.

Location
The DMP is located in the basement of the Library Building, at 350 Victoria Street.
Our offices, faculty suites and studio are incorporated within the recently refurbished CCS area (LIB-B99).
For the most direct route, use the L1 stairway opposite the Registrations & Records counter in Jorgenson Hall.
Upon your arrival at CCS, reception staff will direct you to the appropriate DMP staff member or facility.
The DMP classroom is located in KHW 177C (directions/map).
