From this 2010/2011 Academic Year - Social Media and Web 2.0

Students at Ryerson have a wide range of experience with new media, social media and web 2.0 tools.  This year we would like to explore several of these new technologies and how they may be integrated with your teaching.  A series of events had been offered in the form of hands on workshops, walk-in clinics and discussion forums on new pedagogies and best practices using Social Media and Web 2.0 for teaching and learning. These events were coordinated collaboratively by DMP, Library, LTO, and XMI & EDGE Lab.
