Academic Vacancies

The Department of Economics seeks to fill two tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor rank. The appointments are subject to final budgetary approval and will be effective August 1, 2012.

Areas of particular interest are as follows: Macroeconomics/Financial Economics, Empirical International Trade, Empirical Industrial Organization/Microeconomics, Public Finance/Microeconomics and Empirical Labour/Development Economics. All applicants must have completed a PhD in Economics or Finance or a related discipline (or expect to do so by August 2012). Applicants must show potential for excellence in research and in teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Information on the Department can be found at www.ryerson.ca/economics.
