Threatening or Disturbing Behaviour
For incidents of behaviors presenting imminent danger to health and safety, dial “80” from an internal or emergency blue phone and follow the direction of Security and Emergency Services.
Receipt of email, other correspondence or verbal discourse of a threatening or disturbing nature or of extreme distress, should be immediately reported to behavior@Ryerson.ca and brought to the attention of the relevant Chair, Academic Director or Manager.
Concerns brought through behavior@ryerson.ca or by other means, shall be reviewed by members of the Assessment of Behavioral Risk Team or the University Threat Assessment Team as required who shall determine whether a reported condition or behavior poses a potential threat of harm, on the bases of information made available to them.
