Positive Space Questionnaire

 

Please fill out and submit the following questionnaire. If you complete the questionnaire and feel as if you are educated and able to provide a Positive Space to the students of Ryerson University, you will be provided with a Positive Space sticker to publicly display to students, staff and faculty that you and your space are allies for the LGBTTIQQ2S community. Should you require the questionnaire in a different format please contact us at positivespace@ryerson.ca or dhps@ryerson.ca.
