The Media Production and Sport Media programs lead to Bachelor of Arts degrees. Through both formal studies and experience with industry partners, students explore the business of production and broadcasting, also delving into new frontiers of interactivity, social media, and digital technology. The New Media program is a Bachelor of Fine Arts program that engages students at the crossroads of media, art and technology. In all three programs, students experience an intense and rewarding education in all aspects of media production, art and scholarship. Graduates are recognized as the country’s leading media producers, artists, storytellers and thinkers.
ZONE LEARNING / RESEARCH
The School is also home to a number of research centres and experiential learning opportunities including the Transmedia Zone, an incubator for new ideas and practical prototyping on the future of content. The Zone encourages collaborative work from students and industry members as they take their projects from concept to prototype and beyond.
