FEAS Teaching Chairs announced

Provost Alan Shepard recently announced appointments to the newly created Teaching Chair positions within each faculty. These faculty chairs were developed to cultivate and promote teaching excellence, and to enhance the student learning experience at Ryerson.

Dean Lachemi is pleased to announce the Teaching Chair appointments for the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Science: Professor Frankie Stewart of the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering is the Engineering Teaching Chair, and Dr. Tetyana Antimirova of the Department of Physics is the Science and Architecture Chair.

The mandate of the FEAS Teaching Chairs is to promote scholarship of teaching and learning within the faculty, and to assist departments in enhancing the development and delivery of their programs.
