Ryerson Engineering Competition to be held January 21-22

It's the time of year for engineering students to showcase their talents in design, innovation, and teamwork by entering in the Ryerson Engineering Competition (REC). This annual competition fosters the creation of multi-disciplinary teams and pushes students to create solutions to real-life engineering problems. The competition is comprised of six different categories: Junior Design, Senior Design, Consulting Engineering, Innovative Design, Engineering Communications, and Parliamentary Debate.

This year's competition will be held January 21-22 in the George Vari Engineering and Computing Centre.

Winners of the competition will represent Ryerson at the Ontario Engineering Competition (OEC) in February, and earn a chance to compete in the Canadian Engineering Competition (CEC) March 10-13 in Montreal.
