Dr. Ravi Ravindran honoured as Distinguished Life Member of Alpha Sigma Mu

Mechanical engineering professor Dr. Ravi Ravindran was declared a Distinguished Life Member of the Alpha Sigma Mu International Professional Honor Society on October 17, 2011.

Dr. Ravindran received the distinction in recognition of a distinguished international standing in the profession of materials science and engineering. Alpha Sigma Mu recognizes and promotes scholastic, scientific and professional excellence, and in particular recognizes, encourages and promotes such excellence in undergraduate and graduate students internationally.

Ryerson University is currently home to four Alpha Sigma Mu scholars, inducted in February 2011.
