Undergraduate programs in the Faculty of Engineering and Architectural Science provide students with a strong grounding in theoretical fundamentals supported by practical, hands-on learning experiences. All of our engineering programs are accredited by the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board.

The Faculty of Engineering and Architectural Science currently offers eight master's programs and five doctoral programs, all designed to include a high degree of interaction between faculty members and graduate students, and to have a strong component of scholarship, research, and creative activity. Our Master of Architecture program is accredited by the Canadian Architectural Certification Board.

IEEQB Program

IEEQB Program

The IEEQB Program program provides internationally educated engineers with an opportunity to meet the academic requirements for professional engineering licensure in Ontario. Offered in collaboration with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), this program is partially funded by the Government of Ontario.

IEEQB-GS Program

The Internationally Educated Engineers Qualification Bridging Program for Graduate Studies (IEEQB-GS) provides internationally educated engineers with an opportunity to strengthen their applications for admission into an engineering master's program at Ryerson University.

Women in Engineering (WIE)

Women in Engineering (WIE) is dedicated to promoting a friendly and supportive environment in which women can pursue their engineering studies. WIE initiatives include undergraduate networking, the Research Opportunity Program in Engineering (ROPE), Girl Guides of Ontario Engineering Badge Day and more.

Science Without Borders

Science Without Borders

The Science Without Borders program provides Brazilian students with the opportunity to study in Canada and experience high-standard, stimulating education and research opportunities. Launched in 2011 by the Brazilian government, Ciência sem Fronteiras (Science Without Borders) aims to send more than 100,000 Brazilian students to study internationally in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

The Faculty of Engineering and Architectural Science and the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education jointly offer certificate programs that provide opportunities for students to develop and implement innovative solutions to emerging real-world challenges.
