Who do I contact? Financial Services staff is available to assist you in discussing and creating your online registration and payment page and explaining the reports and lists that are available to you. Book an appointment to discuss your event by calling Michael Niziolomski, Financial Services, Systems and Training - Ext 4109.
When can I use this capability? The online even registration and payment system is available to all Ryerson departments for events that they are hosting and/or coordinating. The department must have a Ryerson University cost centre that the amounts collected can e deposited (credited) to.
How soon should I do this? As soon as you begin planning the event and have the details on your event, contact Financial Services. Although the time to get the event registration page ready for use is not extensive, the work must be done in advance so that the registration page is available on the date that your registration opens.
What information do I need to provide for the page to be built? Please see the following link for the planning document that will be discussed with you.
Will I be able to customize my registration page? The layout and branding on the page can be specific to your event.
