Welcome to
Foundations of Management

The Foundations of Management, FOM, is an exciting educational opportunity for individuals who have graduated from a non-business university baccalaureate program and wish to further their education in business.

In this initiative, students first take a pre-learning assessment which will be used to customize course learning goals and content. Next, students participate in a multi-session business workshop which will prepare students for success in the Foundations Courses. Finally, students complete six Foundations of Management courses which constitute the core tools and concepts needed to participate in today's fast paced business world.

All classes and workshop sessions are held on the weekend in an exclusive, limited enrollment cohort of qualified graduate students in order to optimize individual student learning needs.

Students receive a "Professional Achievement in Management" designation after successfully completing the series.
