Grad Food Colloquium
The aim of the Graduate Student Food Colloquium is to provide the opportunity to share and learn about current grad student research in food-related issues; to network; and to present current work in a highly collegial environment. Though the past colloquiums have involved students mainly from York University, Ryerson University, and University of Toronto, passionate, food-focused graduate students from other universities are welcome.
The 2011 Graduate Student Food Colloquium is on May 1, 2011 from 11:30AM-4PM. The theme this year is "InterActions: Mobilizing Food Solutions". We invite all grad students interested in food issues or doing food-related study/ research to participate in this event.
From 11:30AM-12:30PM there will be a food ideas gallery featuring creative food solutions & locally made snacks. Presentations will follow at 12:30PM.
