PHASE 3 - POST FORUM RESPONSIBILITIES The reward of a thing well done is to have done it... - Ralph Waldo Emerson It's over, it's over...think again. Before the FORUM chair can jump with glee, he or she must realize that after every project, there are post event responsibilities. One is to settle the budget. The FORUM budget cannot be settled until all bills have been paid. Immediately after FORUM, most costs will be finalized, however, the hotel bill is one that may require a little patience. Another responsibility is to evaluate the project. This evaluation will grade the job done as well as give insightful information for years to come. The final topic that will be discussed in this stage is post FORUM chair duties. Here it will be discussed what the FORUM chair has in store once FORUM is completed.
