1 John Craig EATON
John Craig Eaton was appointed Chancellor of Ryerson University in 1999. He is
currently Chairman of the Board, Eaton's of Canada Inc. Mr. Eaton holds numerous
prominent positions in the community including Founding Chair of the Trillium
Foundation; National Chair of the Canadian Forces Liaison Council; Founding
Honorary Chair, Hearing Foundation of Canada; Chair of the International Employers
Support for the Reserves; and Member Investment Committee, Timothy Eaton
Memorial Church. Previous community involvement has included Past Honorary
Colonel of 400 (City of Toronto) Squadron, Ontario Parks Board of Governors (Past
Chair), Ducks Unlimited Canada (Past Chair and President), Upper Canada College
(Past Chair), Royal Agricultural Winter Fair (Past President), and The Toronto Blue
Jays Baseball Club (Past Director). In 1991, Mr. Eaton was awarded the Order of
Ontario and in 1996 received a Doctor of Commerce (honoris causa) from Ryerson University.

2 Sheldon LEVY
Sheldon Levy is President and Vice Chancellor of Ryerson University. He received a
master's degree in Mathematics and a Doctor of Laws (honoris causa) from York
University. Previous post-secondary appointments include Vice President, Finance and
Strategy, University of Ontario Institute of Technology; Vice President, Government
and Institutional Relations, University of Toronto; President, Sheridan College of
Applied Arts and Technology; and Vice President, Institutional Affairs, York
University. Mr. Levy's current Board and Committee appointments include Board of
Directors, Innovation Institute of Ontario; Advisory Board, Elder Research Centre,
Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning; and the Board of
Directors, Toronto Board of Trade.

3 Lori-Ann BEAUSOLEIL
Lori-Ann Beausoleil is a Partner with PricewaterhouseCooper's Global Risk
Management Solutions practice. Ms. Beausoleil was appointed to Ryerson's Board of
Governors in 2002 for a three year term and currently sits on the Finance Committee.
In addition, she keeps an active involvement in a variety of philanthropic activities
within the healthcare sector.

4 G. Raymond CHANG
G. Raymond Chang has served on the Ryerson Board of Governors since 2001 and
currently sits on the Board's Audit and Finance Committees. Mr. Chang is Chairman
of CI Financial (formerly CI Fund Management) and is a member of the Toronto
General and Western Hospital Foundation. Mr. Chang was presented the Award of
Recognition from the Canadian Association for University Continuing Education for
his outstanding contributions to advancing educational opportunities for adult learners.
He established a chair at the University of Toronto in internal medicine and a
fellowship for West Indian doctors at the University Health Network. He has been a
generous benefactor of continuing education and young adult learning particularly of
St. George's College, his alma mater in Jamaica.

5 Jack COCKWELL
Jack Cockwell was re-appointed to the Ryerson Board of Governors for a three year
term in 2005 and serves on the Board's Executive Committee. He previously served
on the Board from 1995 to 2001 when he held posts as both Vice-Chair and Chair of
the Finance Committee. In June 2004 Mr. Cockwell was awarded a Doctor of
Commerce, (honoris causa) from Ryerson University. Mr. Cockwell is Group
Chairman and Director of Brascan Corporation and serves in a voluntary capacity on a
number of community organizations including Chair of the Royal Ontario Museum,
and Director of the C.D. Howe Institute. He is also Chair of the G. Raymond Chang
School of Continuing Education Fundraising Committee at Ryerson.

6 Jocelyne CÔTÉ-O'HARA
Jocelyne Côté-O'Hara is President of The CORA Group, a strategy and
communication consultancy. She was the Founding President and CEO of Stentor
Telecom Policy Inc., a telecom alliance company. Ms. Côté-O'Hara was appointed to
the Board of Governors for a three year term in 2005 and is Vice-Chair of the
Employee Relations and Pensions Committee. Ms. Côté-O'Hara has held several
senior posts in both the public and private sector and currently serves on a number of
corporate and community boards including Manitoba Tel, Xerox Canada, the Ontario
Judiciary Council, Save the Children Canada, and the Canada Games Council. She
has received the Award for Excellence from the International Association of Business
Communicators and was named Woman of the Year by Canadian Women in Communications.

7 Janice FUKAKUSA
Janice Fukakusa is the Chief Financial Officer of the RBC Financial Group. She was
appointed to the Board of Governors in 2002 for a three year term and chairs the
Board's Finance Committee. She is also a member of the Audit and Executive
Committees and played an active role on the Presidential Search Committee. Ms.
Fukakusa is a director of various RBC subsidiaries and shareholder representative of
Moneris Solutions Corporation. In 2004, Ms. Fukakusa was chosen as one of
Canada's Top 100 Women by the Women's Executive Network and in 2005, was
selected as one of the 25 most powerful women in Banking by US Banker.

8 Michael GUERRIERE
Michael Guerriere is the Founder and Managing Partner of Courtyard Group. Dr.
Guerriere holds an MD degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the
Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He was
appointed to Ryerson's Board of Governors in 2000 and was elected Chair of the Board
in 2003. Dr. Guerriere serves on all Board Committees and was Chair of the
Presidential Search Committee in 2004/05. He also serves on the Board of MediSolution.

9 Raymond PROTTI
Ray Protti is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Bankers Association and has held several senior executive positions in the Federal Government. He was appointed to Ryerson's Board of Governors in 2003 and currently chairs the Employee Relations and Pensions Committee.
Mr. Protti also sits on the Executive, Finance, and Negotiations Committees of the Board.
In addition to his work with Ryerson University, he is also a member of several business and academic advisory boards including the Institute of Corporate Directors Corporate Governance College, Toronto Community Foundation, the St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation, and the Advisory Board of the Nathanson Centre for the Study of
Organized Crime and Corruption.

10 Phyllis YAFFE
Phyllis Yaffe is the Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Atlantis. She was appointed to
the Ryerson Board of Governors in 2005 for a three year term and currently serves on
the Finance Committee and the Employee Relations and Pensions Committee. In
addition to her Board commitments, Ms. Yaffe is a member of the Radio Arts
Advisory Committee at Ryerson University. Her numerous community appointments
include Chair of the Canadian Abilities Foundation Board and membership on the
World Wildlife Fund Board. Ms. Yaffe was selected as the Canadian Women in
Communications 1999 Woman of the Year and received the Lifetime Achievement
Award from Women in Film and Television in April 2000.

11 Ramesh ZACHARIAS
Ramesh Zacharias is the founder and CEO of Med-Emerg International Inc. Dr.
Zacharias holds an MD degree from the University of Western Ontario and has served
as a member of Ryerson's Board of Governors since 2000. He held the position of
Vice-Chair of the Board from 2003 to 2005 and currently chairs the Audit Committee.

12 Peter LUKASIEWICZ
Peter Lukasiewicz is a partner at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP. He is a member of
the Firm's National Executive Committee and previously held the post of Managing
Partner of the Firm's Toronto Office for six years. Mr.Lukasiewicz was appointed to
Ryerson's Board of Governors in 2003 for a three year term. He was elected to the
post of Vice-Chair of the Board in 2005. He currently chairs the Board's Executive
Committee and serves on all other Board Committees. Mr. Lukasiewicz also sits on
the Board of Directors of the National Aboriginal Achievement Foundation and is the
Vice-Chair of the Advisory Council of Queen's University Law School. In 2002, Mr.
Lukasiewicz received the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal from the Government of
Canada which recognizes Canadians who “have made a significant contribution to
Canada, their community or to their fellow Canadians”.

13 Helen VARI
Helen Vari is the President of the George and Helen Vari Foundation. She was
appointed to the Ryerson Board of Governors in 2005 for a three year term. Mrs. Vari
is a member of numerous community organizations and has served on many non-profit
boards including the Ontario Heritage Foundation, the Canada Council for the Arts,
Alliance francaise de Toronto, York University, Canada House at the University of
Paris and Founding President of World Monuments Fund in France. She received
L'Ordre de la Legion d'Honneur de France, Dame Commander of Merit, the Golden
Jubliee Medal on the occasion of the fiftieth Anniversary of the accession of Her
Majesty The Queen to the Throne, Order Chevaliers Malte, as well as the degree of
Doctor of Laws, (honoris causa) from York University.

14 A.G. KLEI
A. G. Klei graduated from the School of Radio and Television Arts at Ryerson
University in 2003 and also holds a Marketing degree from Bishop's University. He
currently serves on the Board's Negotiations and Finance Committees. Mr. Klei is the
Briefing Co-ordinator for Issues, Media and Communications Planning at the
Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. He was elected to Ryerson's Board of
Governors in 2004 for a three year term and previously was a student member of the
Ryerson University Project Funding Allocation Committee for Students (PFACS).

15 Gregory KONIGSHAUS
Gregory Konigshaus is the Program Director, Medical Program at North York General
Hospital. Mr. Konigshaus is a graduate of Ryerson's Health Services Management
Program and a regulated health professional with the College of Medical Laboratory
Technologists of Ontario. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from
Ivey. Mr. Konigshaus was elected to Ryerson's Board of Governors in 2003 and
continues to be active with Ryerson Alumni. He currently serves on the Board's
Executive Committee and previously served on the Finance and Presidential Search Committees.

16 Christopher SMITH
Christopher Smith graduated from Ryerson's School of Industrial Engineering in
2002. He was elected to the Ryerson University Board of Governors as an alumni
representative for a three year term in 2005. Mr. Smith serves on the Employee
Relations and Pensions Committee and is a Supply Chain Improvement Business
Analyst for the Canadian Tire Corporation Limited. He served as a member of the
Board of Directors for the Campus Cooperative Residence Inc (CCRI) from 2001 to
2004 and was a member of their Rejuvenation Committee.

17 Bryan EVANS
Since 2003, Bryan Evans has been an Associate Professor in the Department of
Politics at Ryerson University. Professor Evans was elected to Ryerson's Board of
Governors in 2004 for a two year term and currently serves on the Executive
Committee. He comes to Ryerson with an extensive background in public policy and
senior management in the Ontario Public Service.

18 Linda LEWIS
Linda Lewis was appointed Chair of Ryerson's School of Fashion in August 2003.
Professor Lewis has previously held positions as Professor in the School of Image Arts
from 1969 to 2003 and Chair of the Appeals Committee for the Ryerson Faculty
Association from 2000 to 2003. She was elected to Ryerson's Board of Governors in
2005 for a two year term and serves on the Employee Relations and Pensions
Committee. Professor Lewis is a Founding President of the Design Exchange and sits
on the Executive Committee of IFFTI (International Foundation of Fashion
Technology Institutes).

19 Maurice MAZEROLLE
Maurice Mazerolle is an Associate Professor and Associate Director, Student Affairs for
the School of Business Management at Ryerson University. Professor Mazerolle was
elected to Ryerson's Board of Governors for a two year term in 2005 and serves on the
Board's Finance Committee. He has held faculty positions at the University of
Toronto, York University, and Wilfrid Laurier University. Professor Mazerolle has an
extensive career as a negotiator and mediator in the field of labour relations and
received both a Master's and Doctorate in Industrial Relations from the University
of Toronto.

20 Maura ESTRADA
Maura Estrada was elected to the Ryerson University Board of Governors for a two
year term in 2005. She serves on the Employee Relations and Pensions Committee
and is an Academic Administrative Co-ordinator for the Faculty of Community
Services. She has also served on Ryerson University's MAC Advisory Committee as
well as the Willingdon Home and School Committee, the Dawson College Board of
Governors and Executive Committee, and past chair for the Robert F. Hall Catholic
Secondary School. From 1997 to 2000, Ms. Estrada was the Liaison Officer to the
International Civil Aviation Organization for the International Federation of Air Traffic
Controller's Associations.

21 Peter GEE
Peter Gee is the Assistant Director, Financial Services at Ryerson University and
holds a CMA, Bcomm from McGill University. He was elected to Ryerson's Board
of Governors in 2004 for a two year term and currently serves on the Executive and
Finance Committees. In addition to his duties at Ryerson, Mr. Gee is a board
member of the Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG) and currently serves as Vice
President. In his spare time, Mr. Gee is also a coach for the Milliken #1 Softball Association.

22 Muhammad Ali JABBAR
Muhammad Ali Jabbar is a Mechanical Engineering student and was elected to the
Ryerson University Board of Governors for a one year term in 2005. Mr. Jabbar serves
on the Board's Employee Relations and Pensions Committee. He is also a
representative on the Ryerson Students' Union Board of Directors and is Vice
President of the Ryerson Muslim Student's Association.

23 Nora LORETO
Nora Loreto is a third year Broadcast Journalism student and Vice President,
Education of the Ryerson Students' Union. Ms. Loreto was elected in 2005 to
Ryerson University's Board of Governors for a one year term and sits on the Board's
Finance Committee. She is also serving a one-year term on the University's
Academic Council and is currently the Chair of the University's Ombuds Committee.

24 Rebecca ROSE
Rebecca Rose is a third year Journalism student and President of the Ryerson
Students' Union. Ms. Rose was elected to the Ryerson University Board of
Governors for a one year term in 2005 and serves on the Executive Committee. In
2003/04, Ms. Rose held the post of Vice-President Education for the students' union.
