Significant Dates

The academic year consists of three terms: fall, winter and spring/summer. A graduate term normally consists of one 12-week session. Under special circumstances, a term may have two 6-week sessions with a different set of dates.

    15 Final date to add courses for Fall
    15 Final date to withdraw and be eligible for full refund  Fall fees (less non-refundable deposit for new students)
    15 Final date to appeal S/S grades or Academic Standing
    15 noon Final date to clear outstanding graduation requirements (academic and financial) for Fall Convocation (including submission of thesis to the School of Graduate Studies) or student must register for the Fall term . By noon.
    15 Final date to request missing S/S grades
