Research

The Molecular Science Program encourages cross-pollination of ideas between disciplines, among colleagues within the program, as well as nationally and internationally. As you explore the research nodes, you will observe three things. The first is the breadth and variety of research possible through our Program. The second is that the research interests by many of our Faculty members can be classified in more than one way, a strong indicator of the cross-disciplinary way of thinking in our Program. And the third is that the research in our Program aims to decipher the molecular mechanisms driving phenomena, regardless of discipline or field. The research culture in the Molecular Science program is characterized by a genuine passion and energy for scientific discovery, one that welcomes and celebrates original, rigorous scientific inquiry. To learn more about the research interests of our faculty, please explore the various research nodes below.
