Summer Residence Housing - for Ryerson Students

If you are looking for summer housing you should stay in residence!
Rooms are NOW AVAILABLE in the ILC for the summer period.
If you wish to live in residence during the summer, please be aware of the following:

Meal plans are not available in the summer; residents will have access to a shared kitchen. Students currently living in residence will be relocated to a summer room.

These rooms are only available to Ryerson students.

 

How to Apply:



1.  Submit an online application through the eRez portal.

If this is your first time applying to residence, please click on the create account button first. 

If you experience issues while registering, please contact Housing & Residence Life by email at housing@ryerson.ca include your full name and student number. 


2.  Pay the initial payment (payment options).  Bring proof of payment to the Housing & Residence Life office, PIT-100 or email to housing@ryerson.ca.

3.  Summer spaces are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Once you complete your application (steps 1 & 2) you will receive an offer of accommodation within two weeks providing there is space available.

 

 

Summer Housing Rates - Ryerson Internal

Accommodations during the summer months for internal and external clients - rates and booking information are available at ryerson.ca/conference.

The basic rate for a single room in the International Living and Learning Centre is from: $97 (includes hot breakfast).

The basic rate for a single room in Pitman hall is from: $70.

At no point will an internal charge back be for a greater nightly rate than the posted external rate.
