Dear Faculty and Staff,

Thank you for participating in the People First Survey, Ryerson's first employee engagement survey!

We are pleased to announce that we achieved a participation rate of 50%, exceeding participation rates typical of other universities. This is quite an accomplishment for a first survey and a testament to your commitment to making Ryerson a great place to work.

Once the results of the survey are made available to Ryerson, we will share them in an open and transparent manner, both the positive and the negative. We anticipate this will be in late summer. In response to this feedback, plans will be established to address the issues and provide us with direction for the People First agenda.
