Guide to Performance Management and Performance Planning Template Now AvailableYour Organizational and Employee Effectiveness team has just released the Guide to Performance Management! To realize the university's mission, we all must strive to continually improve individual, team and University performance. Regular feedback combined with yearly performance appraisals is an effective way to discuss performance issues objectively with staff and ensure they know what is expected of them, helping them to reach their full potential. The four primary objectives of performance management include: Increased Communication, Improved Performance, Employee Development and Human Resource Management.
