Important Deadlines for eHR and eAppoint during System Upgrade

During the August upgrade of eHR, there will be a short period when the system will be unavailable. In order to ensure pay is received on time, please be aware of these important deadlines for inputting and approving time in eHR and entering new hire contracts into eAppoint. Any time that is not approved in eHR by the deadline will be denied and not processed. Employees will need to re-enter their denied time entries for inclusion in the following payroll. Any contract which is not approved in eAppoint by the deadline will be processed after the upgrade.


The deadlines for the pay date of August 19, 2011 remain unchanged.

The changes below relate to the pay date of September 2, 2011.

 

eHR

FRI AUG 12: Employees must enter all time
TUE AUG 16: Approvers must approve all time
WED AUG 17: eHR will not be available from 4:00 PM until 8:00 AM
MON AUG 22: eHR 9.1 Upgrade will go live

 

eAppoint

MON AUG 15: All contracts must entered
TUE AUG 16: All contracts must validated/approved
WED AUG 17: eAppoint will not be available from 4:00 PM until 8:00 AM
MON AUG22: eAppoint will be available
