Important Deadlines for eHR and eAppoint during System UpgradeDuring the August upgrade of eHR, there will be a short period when the system will be unavailable. In order to ensure pay is received on time, please be aware of these important deadlines for inputting and approving time in eHR and entering new hire contracts into eAppoint. Any time that is not approved in eHR by the deadline will be denied and not processed. Employees will need to re-enter their denied time entries for inclusion in the following payroll. Any contract which is not approved in eAppoint by the deadline will be processed after the upgrade.
The deadlines for the pay date of August 19, 2011 remain unchanged. The changes below relate to the pay date of September 2, 2011.
eHRFRI AUG 12: Employees must enter all time eAppoint
MON AUG 15: All contracts must entered
