eHR Software Upgrade
We’re working to upgrade your eHR system! The change from version 9.0 to 9.1 is minimal, and will take place at the end of August to improve usability and ensure we have continued support from the vendor. For the most part, functionality will remain the same.
The upgrade also provides the foundation for the development of our upcoming Talent Acquisition Manager. This new system will greatly improve the recruitment and selection process, from online application for both internal and external applicants, to easier screening, evaluation, and reporting.
We will be holding “What’s New in eHR?” sessions for managers and leaders, administrators, and time inputters and approvers. For all other employees, the changes will be demonstrated through online learning, available soon.
We will continue to communicate with you in the upcoming months with more details on how the upgrade will affect you, and ask that you will communicate these details with your direct reports.
