Job Evaluation (JE) Support Available

Are you about to engage in the job evaluation process? Job evaluation needs to occur when you create a new position, change the duties and responsibilities of a position, or make changes to the reporting structure (for example).

Information sessions are available for anyone overseeing the work of OPSEU or MAC employees. At the session we provide leaders with the knowledge, tools and resources needed to participate in the job evaluation process.

The session includes an outline of what job evaluation entails, a look at the related forms and documents, a step-by-step review of the process and related roles and responsibilities.

We also discuss job descriptions, including how they can be used to clearly communicate employees' roles and management's expectations of them.
