On Friday 19 April, 2013 Security and Emergency Services were made aware of the following incident:
At approximately 10:48 pm a male student was walking south on Victoria Street, by Gould Street. The subject, who was walking north suddenly moved towards him, at the last minute, bumped him on his right shoulder and proceeded northbound towards Gerrard Street. There was no interaction between the subject and the victim, before and after the assault. The student approached Security and notified them of the assault. The area was searched but the man was not located.
The victim complained of soreness to his shoulder but did not require medical attention. Additionally, the victim did not wish to file a report with Toronto Police Services at this time.
