Welcome to Ryerson's Intergrated Risk Management (IRM) Department! Our department integrates, coordinates and guides the efforts of the community in achieving due diligence in a manner which vitalizes the University's culture, mission and objectives.

IRM is led by the commitment of the Board of Governors and the Executive Group, the Department sustains a culture of due diligence by establishing strategies, policies, standards, systems and programs, managing regulatory affairs, auditing the University's due diligence performance, and supporting the internal responsibility system in the prevention and resolution of health and safety concerns.

Report an Accident Reporting accidents and injuries is critical to ensure prompt medical attention and is also required by law. Dial 80 from any RU phone immediately at time of accident and then contact Integrated Risk Management at ext 7096.


I want to report a Hazard >>

Report a Hazard Reporting hazardous situations & near-misses is also important as it allows changes to be implemented to help prevent any future accident/incident and injuries. Please report these to your supervisor or Integrated Risk Management as soon as possible.
