About Us
The TRSITM Learning Edge Helpdesk's mission is to effectively and efficiently support the technological needs of TRSITM students. We aim to provide the highest possible level of user satisfaction and work quickly to resolve all reported notebook problems.
Goals of the Learning Edge Help Desk
- To provide a single point of contact for notebook-related problems within the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management. To help TRSITM students use technology to the fullest extent possible through end-user training. To successfully resolve all relevant, reported notebook problems in a timely, professional manner. To maintain the level of technical proficiency and expertise needed to resolve all TRSITM notebook related problems. To provide a current and relevant source of information for notebook-related issues within the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management.
- To offer students the most up-to-date information and resources so that they may maintain a higher level of technical efficiency with their notebooks.
