PHASING OUT THE BTM LEARNING EDGE LAPTOP PROGRAM

As you know the BTM Learning Edge laptop program is currently being phased out by WINTER 2013. The phasing out of the laptop program will start at the end of the WINTER 2012 semester, continue throughout the 2012-2013 academic year and will be completed by the end of WINTER 2013 semester (deadline of April 29th, 2013).

This transition will proceed according to your laptop model.

About Us

The TRSITM Learning Edge Helpdesk's mission is to effectively and efficiently support the technological needs of TRSITM students. We aim to provide the highest possible level of user satisfaction and work quickly to resolve all reported notebook problems.

Goals of the Learning Edge Help Desk

  • To provide a single point of contact for notebook-related problems within the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management. To help TRSITM students use technology to the fullest extent possible through end-user training. To successfully resolve all relevant, reported notebook problems in a timely, professional manner. To maintain the level of technical proficiency and expertise needed to resolve all TRSITM notebook related problems. To provide a current and relevant source of information for notebook-related issues within the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management.
  • To offer students the most up-to-date information and resources so that they may maintain a higher level of technical efficiency with their notebooks.
