Biography:
Peter Bakogeorge worked as a reporter for the Ottawa Citizen, the Edmonton Journal, the Edmonton Sun and the Calgary Herald, and then worked for 10 years as a correspondent with Southam News. He was Southam's prairie correspondent for five years and then its Middle East correspondent for four years.
He taught journalism for five years at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, in Calgary, and is in his eight year of teaching at Ryerson. He also freelances, and has recently worked for The Globe and Mail and cbc.ca.
