The Leadership Experience And Development Program offers students a chance to develop leadership skills that will assist them both personally and professionally. The LEAD Program has equipped hundreds of Ryerson students with enhanced personal awareness, leadership abilities and knowledge to prepare them to become true leaders of tomorrow.
