Where is the Learning Success Seminar?
The room number for each seminar is provided in a confirmation email upon registration. Most weekday seminars take place in VIC-103. Most weekend seminars take place in LIB-72.

I didn’t get a confirmation of registration. What should I do?
If you did not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of registering, please call ext. 7350 or email lss@ryerson.ca to verify that your registration went through. You must be registered for a seminar in order to receive credit for it.

What do I do if I miss a seminar?
Send an email to lss@ryerson.ca with the name and the date of the seminar you missed. Also include the reason you missed the seminar. Your registration must be cancelled before you can register for another date for the same seminar topic. You will receive an email when your cancellation has been processed (usually within 48 hours). Please note: Frequently missing seminars will result in you being permanently blocked from the registration system.

The registration system won’t let me register. What should I do?
Try again in a couple of hours - the server occasionally goes down and is usually fixed within an hour. If you still have difficulty registering, please email lss@ryerson.ca. Be sure to include the date, time, and topic of the seminar you are trying to register for.
Note: Registration is closed at 11:00am on the day of the seminar.

I didn’t get a confirmation of attendance. What should I do?
If you do not receive a confirmation of attendance within a week of attending a seminar, please email lss@ryerson.ca. Always use your Ryerson email account when registering because many email services (e.g. hotmail, yahoo) will block the confirmation email.

I missed one of the learning groups. Can I switch to another group?
