FSTA is the largest food science database currently available, with over 730,000 records available back to 1969.

PsycNET (trial until February 28, 2012)
Ryerson currently accesses PsycARTICLES, PsycINFO, PsycBOOKS and PsycCRITIQUES using the ProQuest interface. In addition to our regular search interface we are running a trial of the PsycNET interface for 60 days. Some tutorials on how to use PsycNET are located here.
