FAQ - Can I Check the Status of My Holds?
Yes.
- Go to the Check Your File section of the website
- Enter your my.ryerson username and password (or your name and library barcode number)
- Click on Holds in the left-hand column.

This indicates that you have holds placed on two titles. The hold
for the first title is ready for you to pickup at the Circulation
Desk.
Your hold on Cascading Style Sheets is number 2 of 3 that
have been placed on the book. When this hold is ready for pickup,
the status will change to "Ready for Pickup" and it will
be available at the Circulation Desk. If you have provided your
email address to the Library, you will get an email notification
when your hold is ready to pick up.
If you no longer require a title that
you currently have on hold, you can remove the hold by clicking
in the box beside the title and clicking
on the submit button.
