Congratulations on your assistantship and welcome to Ryerson's community of TAs and GAs!

The LTO is your resource for professional development in learning and teaching. We offer a number of ongoing supports for TAs and GAs including:

• An initial TA/GA Orientation, held at the beginning of the academic year, designed to prepare new TAs and GAs for their first day of class
• A learning and teaching workshop series that covers many aspects of professional development in teaching
• A Ryerson Graduate Student Professional Development in Teaching Program where registered participants can earn up to three teaching and learning certificates
• A comprehensive list of web resources
• The LTO TA/GA Awards Program
