SimplyMap Canada uses various research partners to provide users with the most current demographic, business, and marketing data available. Data can be mapped nation-wide, by province, CMA, CSD, CT or DA.

The variables available for mapping include:
- Adjusted Census Data, 2006: Population, Age, Dweillings and Households, Mother Tongue, Immigration, Labour Force Activity, Income and Ethcnic Origin

- Demographic Estimates and Projections 2009 & 2014: Population, Census Families by Family Structure, Income, and Labour Force.

- Household Expenditure Potential, 2009: Food, shelter, communications, pet expenses, clothing, transportation, health care, recreation, tobacco, taxes and many more.

- Business and Retail Points of Interest: restaurants, movie theatres, pet stores gas stations and many more.
