Early registrations are those received by March 1, 1998.  All registration fees include technical
sessions,  session refreshments, and the reception on Tuesday evening.  The "Delegate" fee also
includes the proceedings and the Forum banquet.  Students who are presenting papers must pay the 
"Delegate" or "One-day Registrant" fees.  Proof of university/college registration is required
for the "Non-presenting Student" rate.

Space for some activities is limited and tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel any special activity without prior notice if
