I am writing to inform the community that Marcia Moshé, interim vice-provost, academic, will be extended in her role to Dec. 31, 2017.

Marcia has served in this role since Dec. 1, 2015 playing a lead role in planning and implementing key academic initiatives such as the renewal of Ryerson's undergraduate curriculum model and the review of five academic policies. She has also provided excellent leadership in chairing the Academic Standards Committee, the Curriculum Implementation Committee and co-chairing the Academic Policy Review Committee. She has also overseen the Office of Academic Integrity, the Experiential Learning Office, the Learning & Teaching Office, and Curriculum Quality Assurance.

I would like to thank Marcia for accepting the extension. I am confident that she will continue to provide visionary leadership for her portfolio and the university.
