FCAD students and campus radio station partnered to raise awareness for UN National Child Rights Day

Photo: Raising awareness for UN Human Rights Week and UN National Child Rights Day on November 22, FCAD students and CJRU 1280 AM coordinated a takeover of community radio stations across Canada, broadcasting the voices of youth. The students presented the project in the senate foyer for Canadian senator Jim Munson's annual children's breakfast. Ryerson student Karis Redwood sang a song to commemorate youth who died in the past year.
