Ryerson University Hosts Exhibit of Finnish Photography, DesignJan. 20, 2006 Ryerson University’s School of Interior Design will publicly launch its “Process and Product” exhibit on Wednesday, Jan. 25, School of Interior Design, 302 Church Street, main floor. The exhibit profiles the work of Ryerson Interior Design students and Helsinki Contemporary Urban Architecture photography by Jussi Tiainen and Finnish chair and textile design. The exhibit will also feature some of the world’s leading architecture and design, and complements the aspiring creativity of Ryerson’s students. Special guests at the reception include Ambassador of Finland to Canada, H.E. Mr. Pasi Patokallio and Mrs. Raija Patokallio; Mr. Pekka Sauri, Deputy Mayor of Helsinki; and members of the Ryerson community, including business, government and students. The exhibit runs Jan. 26 to Feb. 10 from Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ryerson University School of Interior Design, 302 Church Street, Toronto.
