Heterosexism, homophobia and transphobia continue to have a negative impact on the well being of queer and Transgender students, faculty and staff. Working together as students, staff and faculty to create and maintain safe, welcoming, affirming and inclusive work, study and living environments is the goal of the Positive Space Ally program. In this session you will increase your awareness of sexual and gender diversity, and acquire tools to challenge homophobia, heterosexism and transphobia on our campus and beyond.
