Beatles 50 T.O.
The Beatles played Toronto for the last time on August 17, 1966. Twelve days later they announced they would no longer tour together.
To mark the 50th anniversary of the final Toronto concert, City of Toronto Museums & Heritage Services is collaborating with curators, collectors, musicians, community partners and sponsors to create '60s-themed exhibits and events under the banner BEATLES 50 T.O. Ryerson is proud to be a sponsor of this exciting project. A celebratory concert featuring Beatles covers performed by Classic Albums Live will be held on August 17 at the Mattamy Athletic Centre.
