TEN YEARS LATER: RYERSON FACULTY EXPERTS OFFER COMMENT ON TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF TORONTO BLACKOUT
On August 14th 2003, a widespread electrical blackout across Ontario, the Northeastern and Midwestern states left nearly over 40 million people without power, including over 10 million Ontarians.
