BScN: Nursing Collaborative Degree Program - Ryerson University, Centennial College, George Brown College

Meet your Conditions

It is your responsibility to meet the academic admission requirements stated on your Offer of Admission by June 30th, unless otherwise stated in your Offer of Admission. Conditions may include completion of your high school diploma, achieving a required overall average, passing prerequisite courses with the required grades and/or submitting final official academic transcripts.

To meet the conditions of your Offer you must:

A. Confirm You Meet Your Conditions

It is your responsibility to review your final grades and confirm you meet the conditions of your Offer. You will know whether or not you meet your conditions before Ryerson, as we do not review conditional Offers until late July or early August after final grades and standings are received. By this time it is too late to upgrade or make alternative plans for September.

  • Admission averages are based on two decimal places and are not rounded
  • Admission averages for secondary school applicants are based on the best six Grade 12U or M courses, or equivalent. See Admission Requirements for alternate requirements.

If you find that you do NOT meet the conditions in your offer, you must contact Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment as soon as you know you do not meet the conditions of your Offer. You will be connected with an Admission Officer who will look into your file. Note: Ryerson does not verbally extend or remove any conditions of admission. Additionally, you can refer to Non-Approved Students for suggestions for non-approved or cancelled applicants.

B. Submit Your Final Official Results

You are responsible for ensuring Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment receives your final official results by the deadline date specified in your Offer. The method of submission depends on your application method:

Current Ontario Secondary School Applicants
Final grades and confirmation of completing your Ontario Secondary School Diploma will be sent to OUAC or by your guidance office. It is your responsibility to inform your guidance office of enrolment in any courses taken outside your day school, including summer, night, online and/or correspondence courses and to verify that the information submitted on your behalf is correct.

All Other Applicants
You are responsible for arranging the submission of your official academic transcripts, confirming final grades and graduation status, to Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment at Ryerson University by the condition submission deadline date noted in your Offer. Visit Document Submission for more information.

Courses Completed at Ryerson

If you have taken, are taking and/or will take courses through The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education or were/are a current Ryerson University student at the time of application, we will obtain your grades from Enrolment Services and Student Records. A transcript is not required.

Previous Academic History

All statements on the application must be correct and complete. Applicants withholding, misrepresenting or failing to provide information are liable to have their application/enrolment cancelled. The disclosure or discovery of previously withheld or not-submitted transcripts/documentation will cause immediate cancellation of admission and application.

Disclosure or discovery arising after course enrolment, registration or at any time as a current student is considered Academic Misconduct (see Senate Policy 60: Academic Integrity PDF). The penalty arising from non-disclosure is de-enrolment and cancellation of admitted status regardless of academic progression at Ryerson.

Site to Site Transfer

Once you have accepted your Offer of Admission, you may not apply to transfer between sites. Site transfers in Year One and Year Two are not permitted as seating is limited at each site. After successfully completing first and second year, you will continue your studies at Ryerson University for the third and fourth years and graduate from Ryerson University with your Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
