The Annual Report of the Ombudsperson,
"Listening & Learning", is presented each year to
Academic Council and the broader Ryerson community for information and discussion.
The Report contains information relating to the activities of the Office as well as statistical information, recommendations and commentary on various matters of importance to the Ryerson community.
