Online Annual Financial Reports

Beginning in mid-May as data is entered into the system ORS will be sending out individual email notifications to grant holders notifying them that their report(s) is/are available for review and approval online. The message header will read – Council Financial Report Available for Approval. If you have not received an email notifying you that your report is available for review by June 2 nd please contact your financial analyst in ORS. Please do not “test out” the system prior to receiving the email notification as this will interfere with the loading of the data.

We would ask that you review and approve your report within 10 days of receipt of notification if you are in agreement with the contents of the report. If there is a problem with the contents of the report please contact your financial analyst in ORS.

As a precaution in this first year we are also asking that you print, sign and forward the approved financial report to ORS in addition to approving the report on-line.
