About OSOE

Founded in 2011, the Office of Science Outreach & Enrichment (OSOE), within the Faculty of Science, is dedicated to promoting science to the Greater Toronto Area.  While our current focus is on organizing high school class visits to campus and running a summer day camp for youth, we also have connections with various community organizations.

The OSOE is supported by faculty and students in Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics and its Applications, and Medical Physics.  Many of our activities are organized in collaboration with the Engineering Enrichment and Outreach Office.

On Saturday, May 11, 2013, Ryerson participated once again in Science Rendezvous, Ontario's largest public science festival. It was a fun-filled, educational day for people of all ages.
