Demonstrations or athletic competitions requiring these devices may be held with the knowledge and approval of the Program Director, Sports and Recreation and the Associate Director of the Centre for Environmental Health, Safety and Security Management. These demonstrations and competitions will be held in the appropriate locations within the athletic facilities of the campus.
Violations of this policy should be reported to Campus Safety and Security, who are authorized to ask individuals to refrain from using these devices while on campus or to ask them to leave the premises.
The devices may only be carried while on campus.
This procedure falls under the jurisdiction of the Vice President, Administration and Finance. The application and interpretation of the policy, and its associated procedures, is the responsibility of the Associate Director of Centre for Environmental Health, Safety and Security Management.
