Professional Communication

The Department of Professional Communication promotes key communication skills that you need in both your academic and your professional life.

By drawing on a rich context of communication theory, our courses enable students to tackle difficult communication issues with confidence.

We offer a Minor in Business Communication to undergraduate students.  The Minor in Business Communication will sharpen your ability to produce messages that are not only clear, but also persuasive, strategic, and empowering.

We also offer Communication courses through Ryerson's G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education. Individual Continuing Education communications courses as well as the Certificate in Business Communication serve the needs of lifelong learners.
