Forms, Guidelines and Resources

Many of the forms, guidelines and resources below are specific to the Psychology Graduate Program; please see the Yeates School of Graduate Studies website for more general graduate program policies and procedures.

• Comprehensive Requirement Topic Approval Form
  This form must be submitted to Tara Stallberg by December 15 of PhD Year 1.
  
  
  
• Comprehensive Requirement Guidelines
  The Comprehensive Requirement outline must be submitted by February 1 of PhD Year 1, and the final paper must be submitted on July 15 of PhD Year 1.

• Dissertation Supervisory Committee Guidelines
  The Dissertation Supervisory Committee should be formed by March 1 of PhD Year 1.
  
  
  
• Dissertation Proposal Approval Form
  Must be submitted to Tara Stallberg by August 31 of PhD Year 2, after the Dissertation Proposal Defence has taken place. The Dissertation Proposal must be prepared in accordance with the Graduate Studies Thesis/Dissertation Regulations.
  
  
  
• Dissertation Defence Policies and Procedures
  
  
  
• Dissertation Defence Scheduling Request Form
  Must be submitted four weeks before the Dissertation Defence, or by July 31 of PhD Year 3 at the latest.

  To be filled in by the Chair of the Defence Committee during the Defence, which should take place by August 31 of PhD Year 3 at the latest.

  Fall term, Winter term, and Summer term progress reports are due by the progress report deadlines posted on the Significant Dates, Yeates School of Graduate Studies. Fall term progress reports are due in early January, Winter term progress reports are due in early January, and Summer term progress reports are due in early September.
