Transcripts are required from every accredited post-secondary institution you have attended. We will accept Unofficial Transcripts for admissions evaluation purposes.
Your application will remain incomplete, and we cannot review it, until you have uploaded your transcripts.
Applicants from Ontario universities have the option of ordering their transcripts while completing the online application.
If your documents are in a language other than English, you must provide a notarized English translation. Translations do not replace original documentation; you must submit both versions.
Also, please include your institution's grading scale, often located on the back of a transcript. If your transcript does not list a grading scale, make sure you upload a document from the university with the grading scale described. If a grading scale is not provided, Ryerson reserves the right to determine equivalency at its sole discretion.
Once you have been admitted into a Ryerson graduate program and have confirmed your offer, we will ask you to submit your official final transcripts in a sealed envelope. You must arrange to have your transcripts sent directly from the institution to Ryerson to the following address:
